Our external universe is a mirror of our consciousness, and of our dominant mental energy. Siddhartha Gautama Buddha says it best:  "All that we are is the result of what we have thought. The mind is everything. What we think we become." 

So, if your life is less than ideal, if it has more drama than a soap opera, it’s high time to honestly look at yourself.  Examine your dominant thoughts and beliefs, learn effective means to cultivate positive habits that strengthen the mind to help you get through difficult times in life. In the end you’ll realize that more than talents, looks or education, mental strength is the defining trait that will determine your success in life.
